Senn Visciano Canges P.C. is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryan McKae as the new Executive Director of the firm effective January 1, 2023. Bryan joined the firm in 2018 and has served on the firm’s management committee since 2021. He is succeeding Blake Callaway who is stepping down after the completion of his two-year term.

“I am honored to have led the firm for the past two years and am extremely proud of all that we have accomplished,” said Callaway. “The pandemic presented extraordinary challenges, but we have a strong team of lawyers and staff who worked tirelessly to ensure we continued to provide excellent service to our clients.” Callaway will remain a member of the firm’s management committee.

McKae is a business attorney whose legal practice is primarily focused on providing corporate and securities representation to venture and private equity-backed emerging companies, real estate and renewable energy project developers, entrepreneurs, investors, and project investment and venture funds. He has extensive experience with private placements, venture capital and merger and acquisition transactions, and partnership and fund formation.  He will continue to service clients during his term.
