Welcome Uriel Martinez!

Senn Visciano Canges P.C. is pleased to welcome Uriel Martinez, Esq. to the firm.  Uriel graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2019 and moved from Texas to Colorado in 2021. His practice focuses primarily on insurance defense, property damage, personal liability, and employer’s liability relating to railroad employee injuries.  Uriel’s experience and skills will broaden the range of services we provide to our clients.  We are excited to have Uriel expand his knowledge and expertise by joining our commercial litigation practice where he will handle a variety of business litigation matters, including real estate, leasing, foreclosure, and land use matters; entity/partner business disputes; breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims; creditor representation; HOA disputes; and construction law

New Executive Director

Senn Visciano Canges P.C. is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryan McKae as the new Executive Director of the firm effective January 1, 2023. Bryan joined the firm in 2018 and has served on the firm’s management committee since 2021. He is succeeding Blake Callaway who is stepping down after the completion of his two-year term.

“I am honored to have led the firm for the past two years and am extremely proud of all that we have accomplished,” said Callaway. “The pandemic presented extraordinary challenges, but we have a strong team of lawyers and staff who worked tirelessly to ensure we continued to provide excellent service to our clients.” Callaway will remain a member of the firm’s management committee.

McKae is a business attorney whose legal practice is primarily focused on providing corporate and securities representation to venture and private equity-backed emerging companies, real estate and renewable energy project developers, entrepreneurs, investors, and project investment and venture funds. He has extensive experience with private placements, venture capital and merger and acquisition transactions, and partnership and fund formation.  He will continue to service clients during his term.

“This firm has always been led by attorneys who are leaders in their fields and with an emphasis on providing sensible legal services in a client-centered manner,” said McKae. “We have an excellent team continuing that legacy and delivering first-class legal services to our long-time and new clients. Dave Camp and Mike Williams selected as Fellows of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

As some economic markets around the country begin to slow, it is important to be well versed in identifying the signs of struggling tenants and understanding how to properly address these changes. This includes not only potentials for lease term negotiation, but also addressing steps necessary to regain possession of the leased premises, midnight moves, and bankruptcy.

In this practical webinar, you will learn how to effectively respond to difficulties associated with leases and tenants.
