Uriel Martinez

Overview

Uriel graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2019 and moved from Texas to Colorado in 2021. Before joining SVC, Uriel’s practice focused primarily on defending claims arising from property damage, personal and products liability, and employer’s liability relating to railroad employee injuries.  Uriel has a substantial professional background in database management and systems engineering. He leverages his understanding of technology, technical applications, and data management to provide efficient data driven strategies and solutions for his clients.  Uriel is part of SVC’s commercial litigation practice where he handles a variety of business litigation matters, including real estate, leasing, foreclosure, and land use matters; entity/partner business disputes; breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims; creditor representation; HOA disputes; and construction law.  In his spare time Uriel enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring fly fishing destinations throughout the United States.
