Overview
Matt brings broad-based experience to the Real Estate practice area of Senn Visciano Canges P.C., having worked in all aspects of real estate acquisition, development, ownership, construction, and financing. He joined the firm Of Counsel after 37 years of practice focused primarily on real estate development transactions in Colorado and the mountain west. Matt’s current practice concentrates on lending, development, entitlement and zoning matters. Matt also represents company offices, closely held, and multi-generational business.
A Denver native, Matt has been active in the practice of law in Colorado since 1984. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and speaks regularly on real estate topics. He served on the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section Council and chaired its committee on Continuing Legal Education. Matt is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Colorado at Boulder (Real Estate Transactions).
