Matthew D. Pluss

Matt Pluss is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, joining Senn Visciano Canges in 2014 as a Director.  Prior to joining the firm, he was a shareholder at both Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, P.C. and Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. He focuses his practice on real estate and business transactions–including purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and management matters–and has assisted a variety of clients in the acquisition, management and disposition of raw land, commercial office properties, multi-family properties, hotels and industrial properties.  He has worked on several notable real estate projects in Colorado, the Rocky Mountain region, and the country, including the JW Marriot San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa, a resort with two TPC golf courses and the largest JW Marriot in the country; and the Nickelodeon Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Some projects closer to home include JW Marriott Cherry Creek; Hotel Teatro; The Campus at Longmont; and University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.  Matt Pluss is a third-generation Coloradoan, is married to Colette and has three daughters. Outside of work, his interests include golf, fly-fishing and fantasy football.
