Overview

Jade is an associate in the firm’s transactional practice group. She assists in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and supports the firm’s general business and corporate practices. Prior to joining SVC, Jade clerked for the Honorable Jennifer B. Torrington in Denver District Court through both domestic and criminal docket rotations. Jade also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable David H. Goldberg in Denver District Court, and to the Honorable Richard L. Gabriel of the Colorado Supreme Court. In addition to her familiarity with the Denver judiciary, Jade brings strong research and writing skills to her general transactional practice.

In law school, Jade gained practical experience as a member of the Transactional Division of Barrister’s Council and competed in various transactional competitions across the country. She also served as Associate Editor for the University of Colorado Law Review, Communications Director for the Student Bar Association, and a Mentor in the Women’s Law Caucus.

Jade is a fifth-generation Coloradan, a third-generation CU Buff, but the first in her family to pursue law. Like every Coloradan, Jade enjoys hiking and summiting 14ers and strongly recommends the West Maroon Pass hike from Aspen to Crested Butte during peak wildflower season. Her other interests outside of work include tennis, yoga, pop culture, and musical theatre.
