Eric M. Vinton

Eric Vinton has a multi-disciplinary transactional practice, with particular emphasis on business and energy and natural resources law.  Mr. Vinton has experience representing companies throughout all stages of their business cycle, from entity formation and early-stage venture capital, equity and debt financings to restructurings, stock and asset dispositions and other types of exit events.  Mr. Vinton’s experience includes both buy-side and sell-side Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and strategic investments, and acting as outside general counsel for his clients across a wide array of industries.

Mr. Vinton’s energy and natural resources practice includes representation of “upstream” and “midstream” oil and gas companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and financing, as well as day-to-day business matters with regard to producing and nonproducing properties, oilfield services, transportation and gathering systems and facilities and exploration and production activities.
