Maureen Dunn

Maureen Dunn’s practice focuses on all aspects of the real estate transaction, including extensive experience in commercial and industrial real property acquisition and disposition, development, leasing, financing, title insurance and curative title matters.  Ms. Dunn represents clients in preparing purchase and sale agreements for industrial space, mixed use developments, shopping centers, multi-family, and office buildings. Her practice includes assisting business owners with leasing and asset purchase agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Maureen was senior commercial underwriter for a national title insurance company practicing in Virginia, Maryland, D.C. and Colorado. Ms. Dunn regularly teaches a variety of real estate topics for the Land Title Association of Colorado and various real estate organizations and title companies.
